TODAY’S INSPIRATION:PRAISE HIM!

We have Bible Study on Wednesdays and it is always a blessing for me. But this past Wednesday was Godsome!  At one point I wanted to get up and run around the house praising the Lord as I tend to do but I feared if I left my prayer closet, I would miss what was happening. The Holy Spirit was moving, I could feel it through the technology. I could feel it in my soul. He had taken over the messenger. I know this because the messenger is my son, and I knew the moment the Holy Spirit took over. My son called me afterwards excited about what he had experienced, and it was amazing that he confirmed what I already knew! God is so awesome! I told my son how I felt like  running around the house praising the Lord and how my chest felt heavy to the point I could not breathe. That's how it feels when there is a praise in the inside that needs to come out. My spirit was stirred up and it was hard to sit still! After I hung up from my son, I praised God and danced like David did! And only then did the heaviness leave my chest and I could breathe again! I wonder why it is so easy for us to shout,  jump up and down, scream and holler for our favorite sports teams or when we win something. Honey we have no shame, I know I don’t. But when it comes to doing all that for God, we can sometimes be reserved. Is it that we fear being called crazy? Or maybe some will say it don't take all that. I've heard that before. Well what Jesus went through for us, was much more than all that. In my humble opinion we can never praise Him enough! Now I know everyone's praise can look different. That is between you and God. I'm just saying if you got a praise in you, let it out by any means necessary. When my spirit is stirred and I don't praise God in some way, I feel as if there are bricks on my chest and I literally cannot breathe. One of our weapons against the tactics of satan is to open our mouths and begin to praise God. The enemy hates when we give God the glory! Just because we choose to live God's way, does not mean we will not face the troubles of life, but we know God is with us and our praises will lead us to the victory we already have over anything this life throws at us. Jesus made sure of that! Most importantly it pleases God when we praise Him. By His breathe God created all things and the very breathe that God gives us should be used to praise Him! Love and blessings...
Praise the LORD! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the LORD! Praise the LORD! (Psalm 150)
