There is no improvement except through change. Change does not happen overnight. It is a process and sometimes we can lose our momentum. It helps me when I keep visible reminders on my bathroom mirror, at my desk, on the refrigerator, etc. I want to share with you a chart I keep at my desk as a daily reminder and review. It encourages me in my pursuit of change and fills me with scripture to know I am heading in the right direction.
